From Classroom to Commons

On the second day back at school in September, Year 5 and 6 travelled to London for a very special trip to the Houses of Parliament. After a fascinating tour, the pupils were given the rare opportunity to sit in on live debates in both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. It was an unforgettable experience that brought their learning about democracy and government to life!
